Website privacy and collection notice

This notice explains what happens to information you submit through this website. It is not a substitute for the full privacy consent used during a loan application.

Information collected through this website

An enquiry form may collect your name, phone number, email address, general loan purpose, an approximate property price or loan amount, an approximate deposit or equity amount, employment type, timeframe and any message you choose to provide.

Please do not enter passwords, tax file numbers, account or card numbers, dates of birth, identity-document details or upload financial documents through a website enquiry form.

Why it is collected

The information is used to deliver your enquiry to John, record it in the mortgage enquiry system, contact you about the enquiry and prepare for an initial conversation. If you proceed, a separate privacy-consent and information-collection process will apply before detailed personal or financial documents are requested.

Who may handle it

John and authorised people supporting his mortgage-broking work may handle your enquiry. Technology and communications service providers may process it only to operate the website, deliver notifications, maintain business records and secure the service.

We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and whether people use contact links or enquiry forms. Analytics data is used to improve the website and measure general referral sources. Advertising personalisation signals are disabled in the website configuration.

Access, correction and concerns

You may contact John to ask about access to or correction of information submitted through this website, or to raise a privacy concern. Detailed loan applications are handled through Nectar Mortgages' separate privacy-consent workflow.
